I just want to tell you of my positive experience in Nandilath G Mart, Thrissur recently..Manoj was the sales executive I dealt with.  It concerned a Hitachi DVD portable player that I had bought last month. I was giving it to my 2 grandchildren as a big treat. It had something questionable with the working due to wrong programming. Manoj went to the bother of going through the process of contacting Hitachi and sending it for trouble shooting. He also kept track of the process with them and when  the fault  was fixed, he himself intimated me on the arrival of the repaired player back to the showroom. He had a very happy Grand father and I know how happy the 2 boys will be. I had a very positive experience there and will spread my satisfaction among friends and family

A hassle free experience with Nandilath G Mart

I would just like to express my satisfaction with a member of staff in Nandilath G Mart, Trivandrum Branch recently.
I found his knowledge and helpfulness with regard to the products excellent.  I had a problem with one of the items purchased,a LG front load washing machine, in that the water inlet valve  was damaged and a new part had to be ordered.  It happened when my plumber changed the water inlet pipe to the one suitable for the new type front loading washing machine. I was notified when the part was ordered and likewise he assisted the LG service person to install the new valve on to my washing machine. All happened with in 3 days time.Overall, a hassle free experience and a pleasure to deal with.

I once bought a fridge from another home appliances retailer and when it arrived it had a dent on it but when I rang them they were hostile and gave me the run around. I bought two washing-machines one for me and one for my parents at native place from Nandilath G Mart, TVM last month precisely because of you and your sales people always being so pleasant to deal with and efficient.

Wow, Customer service still exists

It’s so nice to see that customer service still exists,  the attitude and assistance from the Nandilath G Mart service desk has been fantastic, for what was probably a very small water dripping issue in my Samsung air conditioner and I know the issues were nothing to do with them rather related to Samsung product itself, yet  I felt like they took it personally. So thank you very much for all you have done
